Banana Milk
Usually, some people get kinda disgusted when they hear “banana milk,” but unless you hate bananas or aren’t into smoothies…these things are full of goodness and honestly one of the easiest things in the world to make.
Banana Milk
I couldn’t find my usual smoothie cup, but this looks rather glow-y and magical! :O
Ingredients:
-banana
-soy milk
-flax seed
Instructions:
1) If you’re like me and attempting to conserve water/saving time by not having to wash more silverware…or just lazy, then rip the banana into pieces with your [clean] hands. >_> Stick in blender.
2) Add soy milk and a scoop of flax seed. Blend. I usually pour enough soy milk to cover the bananas completely, and it tends to yield 1.5-2 cups, depending on how gigantic the banana happens to be.
