“鱼翅”汤 (Imitation Shark Fin Soup)
The quotations are because it’s imitation shark fin. I’m not too fond of the fact that people are finning sharks just so they can show other people that they’re rich (because honestly, shark fin tastes like nothing). :[ So, instead of endorsing extremely disturbing animal cruelty, these are actually glass noodles. :] This is a loose adaptation of “soup,” since I’m pretty sure you can see a whole lot of rice in there. Rice + soup is a whole lot more filling than just soup. >_>It also makes things easier for people who live the life of a work junkie.
