This has been a component of the last two awesome weekend breakfasts, so I figured I’d document the recipe just in case I somehow forget how to make em’. ;_;
-salt, to taste
-pepper, to taste
1) Add a little vegetable oil into a frying pan on high heat. Wait until oil gets hot and put in a bed of the sliced potatoes.
2) Add salt and pepper, then throw in sliced mushrooms and onions. Cook until potatoes are just slightly crispy.
