This, my friends, is why I love weekends. (My breakfasts get all fancy.)
I love this toast like no other. Especially with the really awesome bread that was on sale at Shop Rite. <3 <3 <3 I don’t actually have a picture of just the toast alone because I couldn’t be bothered to wait to separate it for a picture. So…yeah.
-onions, thinly sliced
-pepper, to taste
-salt, to taste
-garlic powder, to taste
-onion powder, to taste
-chili powder, to taste
1) Mash the avocado and add salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.
2) Dice some tomatoes and thinly slice some onions (raw).
3) Add chili powder if you want it to be slightly spicy.
4) Toast bread and spread avocado mixture on it. Top with tomatoes & onions and serve.
With some eggs (over-easy) and turkey sausage in the making… *-*
+ the fried potatoes from the last entry.
Life is good. :D
