Avocado Pudding

Let me preface that this did not come out looking particularly appealing. I generally don’t give a crap about the appearance of my food. So long as it tastes good, I’ll be fine. But I wanted to reach out and assure you that despite this looking on the grosser end of the spectrum, if you give it a chance (and actually blend/mash the avocado, which I didn’t do because I suck at it and because I was really hungry), it’ll be just like chocolate pudding. But healthy. Seriously, you can’t go wrong here. It’s also super fast. I got it from Doug, who teaches the Twirly Tuff classes back at Twirly Girls.

That said, I apologize for the appearance of mine. I put it on a prettier plate (it’s Apollo 2’s) to kinda make up for it. Sorry guys.

Avocado Pudding

Ingredients:
-1/2 avocado, mashed
-1-2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
-2 tsp raw honey
-1 tsp sunbutter (I used almond butter)
-dash of salt
-dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:
1) Mash up the avocado. Stir/mix/blend in everything else.

This is completely unrelated, but since there are actual seasons here, I figured I’d share a picture of Cordelia on a beautiful fall day. :]!
