Super Easy Scramble

I’m terrible with coming up with names for things. I made this a couple days after I got back from CA. I was feeling super lazy, but wanted to eat something hot and actually cooked that wasn’t oatmeal. I had brown rice already made, so I figured I’d do something with that and the billions of cans of stuff in my pantry. :O

Super Easy Scramble

-brown rice, cooked
-1/2 can mushrooms
-1/2 can sweet corn kernels
-2 eggs
-cayenne pepper, to taste
-pepper, to taste
-garlic powder, to taste

1) Cook brown rice.
2) Add a little extra virgin olive oil into a pan on medium-high heat. Crack two eggs into the pan and add the rice, mushrooms and corn.
3) Cook until eggs are ready. Season with cayenne pepper, pepper and garlic powder.
