Boiled Cabbage in Oyster Sauce
Another recipe from Chinese New Year!
Boiled Cabbage in Oyster Sauce
Ingredients:
-Chinese cabbage
-oyster sauce
-sesame oil
Instructions:
1) Cook the cabbage in boiling water (don’t cook for too long–you still want it to be crisp!).
2) Drain.
3) Add sesame oil + oyster sauce, to taste.
