Chinese Rice Noodles with Snow Peas

This was another one of the dishes we made for Chinese New Year this year! For the record, this recipe is enough to feed a small army. Feel free to scale it down.

Chinese Rice Noodles with Snow Peas

-8 Chinese-style noodle nests
-snow peas
-Hoisin sauce
-oyster sauce
-soy sauce
-4 cloves garlic, chopped
-sesame oil

1) Cook rice noodles for 3 minutes in water, stirring occasionally. Pour off the water and rinse noodles in cold water, then drain.
2) Heat oil in a wok or pan and stir fry garlic for 30 seconds. Add the noodles and all the sauces and cook until it reaches the consistency you desire.
