I got this recipe from blogilates! As usual, I threw in a couple alterations and left out some stuff, but I think they turned out well! :]
I’d been in the process of making a strawberry cheesecake to share with my mini med school group, so since I had some leftover pureed strawberries, I decided to add them to this. :D These aren’t sweet, since I didn’t add any sweetener at all, so if you like sweet, you might wanna throw some of that in.
-1 cup spinach
-1 cup oat flour (I ground up a cup of rolled oats)
-1 tbsp pineapple Greek yogurt
-3 tbsp strawberries, pureed
1) Preheat oven to 350. Mix everything together in a food processor or blender.
2) Pour into muffin tin. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
