Cranberry Rice

We had another potluck, so there were a whole lot of new dishes! :D! Here’s one of em’!

Cranberry Rice

-long grain brown (or basmati) rice
-dried cranberries
-brown sugar

1) Cook rice as you normally would.
2) Season with turmeric + brown sugar. (If cooking in a pot, you can add it sooner.)
3) When rice is done cooking/simmering, add cranberries.ย  (You want to add these last so they won’t get all soggy. :O )
