Pineapple PB Overnight Oats

The white-chocolate-peanut-butter I bought was nearing the end of its life, but it tastes so good, I didn’t want any of it to go to waste…so I made overnight oats in it! You can throw in dried fruits and nuts too if you want, but I was lazy, and it definitely felt like there was enough flavor.

Pineapple PB Overnight Oats

Ingredients:
-Chobani pineapple Greek yogurt
-chia seeds
-rolled oats
-vanilla soy milk
-1 almost-empty jar of white-chocolate-peanut-butter (jar shown)

Instructions:
1) Throw all the above ingredients into the almost-empty peanut butter jar.
2) Mix it up a bit and leave in refrigerator overnight.
3) Consume!
