Citrus-Glazed Mahi Mahi

You could probably also add lime juice to this to make it extra-citrus-y. I didn’t have any, so I went without it.

Citrus-Glazed Mahi Mahi

-orange juice
-lemon juice
-brown sugar
-pinch of sea salt
-mahi mahi

1) Add all ingredients into a sandwich bag and let marinate for ~1 hour.
2) Throw onto Foreman grill and let cook until fish is flaky!
