Spinach Ice Cubes

I got the idea for this on pinterest somewhere. I don’t actually have a pinterest, but the stuff on there always looks so amazing–I probably have over 50 pages bookmarked.

This is an awesome idea since it’s so much cheaper to buy spinach in bulk, but sometimes, it’s mildly difficult for me to finish it all in a timely manner. They’ll work perfectly in my future “green smoothies.” :]! (Sorry that it’s kinda messy-lookin’.)

Spinach Ice Cubes

Ingredients:
-spinach
-water

Instructions:
1) Throw ingredients into blender and blend until somewhat smooth.
2) Pour into ice cube tray (or muffin tin).
